The Third Party Logistics(hereinafter abbreviation: TPL or3PL) is the bridgebetween suppliers and requesters. As the intermediate chain of commoditiescirculation, TPL provides partial or overall logistic services for companies, therefore,TPL is typical intermediate company in supply chain.
