| Since China joined the World Trade Organization,economic globalization and information globalization have developed in an all-round way.Nowadays,the development of China's logistics industry has been greatly improved.It has reached the stage of rapid development of quality and quantity,and the external interconnection has been continuously enhanced.It has also attracted international multinational logistics companies to participate in the domestic logistics market,and domestic logistics companies.Take a share.Faced with the double extrusion of domestic and foreign logistics companies,if we do not rely on service innovation,we will only rely on traditional logistics services,and it will be difficult to survive in the fierce market competition.Chinese logistics companies,especially small and medium-sized logistics companies,have become an inevitable choice to use their own advantages to carry out logistics value-added services.This is also a powerful weapon to compete with “double extrusion”.The development of value-added services not only helps the company to seize the market from competitors,but also attracts customers and meets the needs of customers for diversified and personalized services.In this context,this paper combines with the development status of BS logistics company,and carries out comprehensive evaluation research on the selection of logistics value-added service mode.The main research contents are as follows:Taking BS Logistics Company as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the eight business divisions of BS Logistics,including BS supply chain,BS Express,BS Express transportation,BS Finance,BS International,BS Cloud,BS Store Plus,and BS Premium.Through the analysis of the business operations of the eight business divisions of BS Logistics Company and the current development status of the company,the problems in the company's business development process are identified,and the possible causes are analyzed.Then the warehouse type,distribution type and financial type are proposed.Five types of information and four types of logistics value-added service models.BS logistics company has high logistics costs,and it is urgent to choose a suitable logistics value-added service model to reduce logistics costs and improve corporate competitiveness and customer satisfaction.By combining the characteristics of the logistics industry and the research results of relevant scholars in the value-added service model of logistics,the evaluation index system of logistics value-added service model is constructed,and the reliability and validity of SPSS21 are used to analyze the final evaluation index.system.The accuracy of the index weights greatly affects the rationality and scientificity of the evaluation results of the indicator system.Therefore,this paper uses the idea of game theory set model to determine the weight.Firstly,the eigenvalue analysis method,entropy weight method and principal component analysis method are used to obtain the index weights respectively,then the three weights are combined and weighted,and then the fuzzy evaluation method is used.Conduct a comprehensive evaluation to make the research results more scientific and accurate.According to the results of the previous evaluation model,the most suitable value-added service model was obtained,and a set of implementation plans for the model was developed.The corresponding proposals were put forward at the government level,bank level and BS logistics company level.Safeguards to ensure the smooth implementation of this model.The comprehensive evaluation results obtained in this paper are in line with the actual situation of the company,thus verifying the rationality of the construction model and realizing the choice of value-added service mode for BS logistics companies.In the future,the company has a reference basis for carrying out the value-added service model in this aspect.At the same time,it also provides demonstration and reference for other similar enterprises to choose value-added service models. |
