Research Of Centralized Operation Model In The Bank Of Ningbo

Because of economic downward pressure,the raise of the counter business volume and customer demand diversification,it is difficult to operate continually with the traditional business model of “Full function of the business outlets,Whole process by bank teller”.The Bank of Ningbo also face adverse conditions.There are some problems in the processing transformation,for example,the increase of risk type,the efficiency of processing.It is critical for the Bank of Ningbo to start a revolution of business management.And it is also significant to study the centralized operation model in banking processing.In this thesis,the present situation and problem in the Bank of Ningbo will be studied,and the improvement proposals of centralized operation model will be introduced,according to the processing redesign theory and network transformation theory.This thesis will be constructed as following: Introducing the study background and objective of the centralized operation model in commercial bank in Chapter 1.Introducing the concept and relevant theory of the centralized operation model in commercial bank,providing theory support for the follow-up study in Chapter 2.On the basis of questionnaire research,analyze the problem in centralized operation model in the Bank of Ningbo in Chapter 3.Introducing the construction and main content of the centralized operation model in the Bank of Ningbo in Chapter 4.Introducing the detail actions in construction of the centralized operation model in the Bank of Ningbo in Chapter 5.Summary the effect of centralized operation model in the bank of Ningbo in Chapter 6.This paper systematically comb the method of centralized operation model about commercial banks at home and abroad,Also summarize the construction process about the model.Try to construction of the centralized operation model of the Bank of Ningbo From traffic dispersion of reception desk,focus background business and risk centralized control..Through this mode,the Bank of Ningbo can effectively improve the efficiency of business processing and reduce the counter error rate,improve bank operating efficiency as a whole.
