Research On Optimization Of Profit Model Of Y Securities Company

In the capital market,securities companies are the main players,and the living environment and development status of securities companies will affect the development of the entire capital market.At present,the development of the financial industry is increasingly diversified and globalized.The internal business of the financial industry crosses and penetrates each other.The international capital participates in competition and cooperation.The development environment of Chinese securities firms has undergone great changes.Under the ever-changing industry development environment,the traditional profit model of Chinese brokerages should also keep pace with the times.Chinese securities companies have always adopted the traditional profit model.The traditional brokerage business is the main source of income.This backward profit model has not kept pace with the times,unable to meet market demand and weakened the ability to withstand market risks.Therefore,the optimization of the traditional profit model has become the focus of the current securities industry research.Based on the profit model of securities companies and its optimized literature analysis,this paper summarizes the development status,existing problems and development trends of the securities industry.It is found that the problems existing in Y securities companies are common among Chinese securities firms,and they can be explored as suitable for Y Securities.As a representative of the new profit model of Chinese brokers;based on previous theoretical research,it is found that the academic community has different opinions on the meaning of the profit model,and there is no unified view.The comprehensive scholars of this paper have a reasonable definition and composition;Y Securities' current profit model is analyzed longitudinally,and SWOT analysis method is used for environmental analysis.Then factor analysis method is used to study the profit model of Y Securities Company.The score results are compared horizontally and based on the data analysis results.Four aspects of choice,profit path,profit structure and profit barrier are proposed to improve the profit model of Y Securities.
