In the new period,the securities industry has entered a supply-side reform phase.Capital market reforms have brought about business increases,at the same time,higher requirements have been placed on the capabilities of securities companies.The business model that relies on license dividends has entered a bottleneck.In the future,securities companies will rely more on capital strength,risk pricing capabilities,business collaboration capabilities and financial technology capabilities to achieve profitability.With the two-way opening of the capital market and the securities industry,the top-ranked securities firms will face competition from foreign institutions.Foreign exhibitors in China will inevitably cause business squeeze on local securities firms.For a long time,the Chinese securities market has had a single profit model and relies heavily on channel business and other issues.Major securities companies have expanded their customers by reducing the commission rate,and the market competition around account opening and commission has become increasingly fierce.The profit model established by relying solely on commission income and regional advantages will withdraw from the stage of history.How to continue to make profits will be a major problem for brokers in the long term.This paper takes the medium-sized brokerage firm H Securities as the main research subject.According to the company's latest annual report data and related official data,analyze the industry environment of the Chinese securities market.Using methods such as PEST and five-force model analysis to study the case of H Securities seeking transformation in today's market environment.This paper first briefly introduces the basic concepts of the relevant securities brokerage business and profit model included in the paper,by consulting relevant literature,the research ideas of the development of the brokerage business and the profit model are preliminarily straightened out.These have laid a theoretical foundation for studying the profit model of H securities brokerage business.Secondly,by searching information and comparing data to fully understand the development history and organizational structure of H Securities,it refers to the problems that H Securities has in the brokerage business at the stage of its emergence.These prepare for the next step in the improvement of the profit model of the H brokerage business.Thirdly,this article objectively explains the external macro environment and development status of H Securities in combination with the actual background of the securities industry.This article points out the shortcomings of H Securities 'current profit-making methods,in order to provide a realistic basis for the optimization of H Securities' profit model.Finally,combined with the actual environment facing,it proposes optimization countermeasures and safeguards for the profit model of H securities brokerage business.This paper proposes that H Securities is a medium-ranked securities firm,and its future planning aims at characteristic management.H company should strengthen the construction of talent teams,introduce high-end investment advisory talents,enrich investment advisory service product forms,and promote online investment advisory services to become a real value.H Securities can develop in the direction of wealth management business with regional characteristics.H Securities should resolutely transform and upgrade to wealth management,build a wealth management ecosystem,and upgrade customer financial service experience.By accelerating the pace of wealth management business transformation,gradually transform traditional brokerage customers into product customers.H Securities can make steady progress towards the era of wealth management 3.0 centered on customers and asset portfolios by continuously expanding the size of its product pool.
