As an important link in the development of the county,the village has the same important status as the city.And as a living space,it also plays an irreplaceable role.The 19~thh national congress of the communist party of china(CPC)first put forward the strategy of rural revitalization in its report,which is the key to the future development of this country.The principal contradiction in our society has been transformed into one between the people's ever-growing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.From the current situation of china's development,the most prominent performance is the imbalance between urban and rural development,rural development is not sufficient,which is also an important factor restricting farmer's growing need for a better life.With the strong mission of finishing building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and building a modern socialist county,Industry revitalization,as the basis of rural revitalization,is the most important promoter and breakthrough;promote rural revitalization of the rural industry.The study on the development and problems of rural industry plays an important role in improving the supplement system in rural areas,maintaining the vitality of the rural economy development,the implementation elements integration,industry integration and urban-rural integration development also has important significance.On the basis of the study of rural development and construction in China,this paper makes a brief summary from the research background,significance,content,method,innovation and deficiency,and then sorts out the concept,theory and relevant literature.Analyze the development of rural industries in Zizhong County by SWOT analysis.The analysis shows the following problems and causes,such as leading industry advantage of Zizhong County is not obvious,the processing technology and brand effect is not strong,the infrastructure is not good,the talent team is scarce,the new type of business development is not perfect,the rural investment is insufficient.This paper explores and puts forward the necessity of increasing large-scale scientific and technological innovation,strengthening the cultivation of rural talents,and vigorously promoting the construction of industrial parks and the development of leading industry,improving the rural infrastructure and development system for emerging industries,and increasing investment in rural areas,in order to ensure that rural infrastructure and other measures can help promote the industrialization of agricultural characteristics of Zizhong County,Neijiang City and help rural revitalization.
