Research On The Measurement And Influencing Factors Of Rural Industrial Integration Development Level In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

China has a long history of agricultural civilization.As a traditional agricultural production country,the "three rural issues" have always deeply affected China’s development.With the development of economy and society,how to effectively solve the "three rural" issues has become the focus of our party’s work.In 2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)focused on solving agricultural and rural social problems in the prominent position of the report,and clearly proposed the rural revitalization strategy for the first time;In 2023,the theme of the No.1 central document is to clearly point out that rural revitalization should be comprehensively promoted.It can be seen that improving the living standards of farmers and realizing agricultural and rural modernization have become the development direction of China in the new era,and promoting the integration and development of rural industries is the "key measure" to solve the problem,which has practical significance for promoting rural revitalization.Under the background of the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy by the country and the active promotion of rural industrial integration and development in Hubei Province,this article learns from and absorbs previous research results.Firstly,this article selects Songzi City as the research object,defines relevant concepts such as rural revitalization strategy,agricultural industrialization,and rural industrial integration,and expounds and clarifies the theory of agricultural multi-function,industrial structure theory,and industrial cluster theory as the theoretical basis of this article.Secondly,by analyzing the experience and practices of Songzi City in "activating the driving force of agricultural innovation,vigorously promoting the development of agricultural product processing industry,and developing leisure agriculture to accelerate the integration of rural industries in this city",it is pointed out that Songzi City faces problems such as "low integration degree,low development level,and insufficient development thrust" in promoting the integration of rural industries.Thirdly,based on the current situation of rural industrial integration development in Songzi City,the entropy method was adopted to evaluate the level of rural industrial integration development in Songzi City,and the conclusion was drawn that the degree of rural industrial integration in Songzi City has steadily increased year by year;Fourth,using the method of gray correlation analysis,the influencing factors of rural industrial integration development in Songzi City were studied,and eight main factors affecting rural industrial integration in Songzi City were explored,including "the output value of agricultural,forestry,animal husbandry,and fishery services,the ratio of agricultural to agricultural product processing output value,the number of cooperatives registered,the number of leisure agricultural sites,and the level of agricultural mechanization.".Finally,in response to the problems and challenges faced by Songzi City in promoting the integration and development of rural industries,this article specifically proposes to continuously improve the integration mechanism by developing rural e-commerce platforms,strengthening joint collaboration between agricultural business entities,and increasing the cultivation of new agricultural business entities by accelerating the construction of modern agricultural parks,vigorously cultivating family farms,and standardizing the development of farmers’ cooperatives,Strengthen the level of social services by vigorously promoting rural land transfer and enhancing financial support for the integrated development of rural industries.
