Research On The Path Of Rural Agricultural Industrial Revitalization In Eastern Coastal Areas

Rural revitalization is the golden key to solve China’s "three rural" problems.Rural revitalization is the comprehensive revitalization of industry,talent,culture,ecology and organization,and industrial revitalization is the foundation and key of rural revitalization.At the end of 2022,the population of the eastern coastal areas was about 350 million,with convenient transportation and relatively developed industry and agriculture.However,due to issues such as land resource shortage and uneven regional development,rural industrial revitalization still faces problems such as weak agricultural production foundation,insufficient disaster resistance and reduction capabilities,and lagging development of agricultural product processing capabilities.In order to study the implementation path of rural agricultural industry revitalization in the eastern coastal areas,take Ningbo City as an example to understand the current situation of rural industrial revitalization,summarize the experience of the implementation of industrial revitalization,elaborate the problems in the implementation of industrial revitalization,propose targeted implementation path of industrial revitalization,and provide service support for promoting the development and implementation of rural industrial revitalization strategy in the eastern coastal areas.On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign research on rural industry revitalization issues,rural industry revitalization models,and rural industry revitalization development paths,this paper combines relevant concepts and theories of industrial revitalization,obtains relevant data through consulting relevant policies,government work reports,data statistics,questionnaires,etc.,and provides data support for the analysis and evaluation of rural industry development.On the basis of summarizing the physical geography,population and social and economic development of Ningbo City,in order to measure the implementation of the path of rural industrial revitalization,on the basis of referring to the "FAST" model of Alibaba Marketing,we have built an industrial revitalization and development health indicator system with two quantitative indicators,namely,the foundation of industrial revitalization(F)and the system of industrial revitalization(S),and two quality indicators,namely,the task of industrial revitalization(A)and the goal of industrial revitalization(T).The foundation of industrial revitalization is used to optimize the implementation path of industrial revitalization and guide the development direction of industrial revitalization;The task of industrial revitalization can promote the positive flow of the implementation path of rural industrial revitalization and improve the contribution rate of the industrial base;The industrial revitalization system develops characteristic agricultural industries through the linkage of agricultural industrial chain,laying a good foundation for the implementation of the path;The goal of industrial revitalization can stimulate the potential value of the foundation of revitalization and empower the implementation of industrial revitalization with data.According to the proposed "FAST" indicator system and the order of achievement of the indicator system,the "FSAT" model is designed,which is a concrete representation of the practicability of the "FAST" model in the comprehensive planning of industrial revitalization.Through data integration,form the rural industrial revitalization base(F)data with the agricultural supply-side structural reform as the main line,combine the agricultural production system,industrial system and business system as the research object,find out20 specific measures suitable for the industrial revitalization path of Ningbo as the industrial revitalization task(A),and form the industrial revitalization goal(T)according to the achievement of the revitalization task,which can be based on the support of the industrial revitalization base to the revitalization system The realization degree of the implementation path of the revitalization system,the comprehensive judgment of the health degree of the revitalization and development of rural industries,and the analysis basis for finding the deficiencies in the revitalization and development of rural industries,big,and put forward improvement measures and suggestions.The contribution rate of agricultural technology application was evaluated by regression analysis,and the results showed that cultivation technology and selection and promotion of improved varieties had the highest impact on agricultural value-added.Based on the elements of the "FSAT" model of rural industrial revitalization,this paper analyzes the problems in the industrial revitalization of Ningbo City from the basic data of rural industrial revitalization(F),combined with the basic resources of the eastern coastal areas,and based on the task of industrial revitalization(A)and the goal of industrial revitalization(T),puts forward development strategies and policy recommendations to optimize the rural production system,promote the modernization of the industrial system and management system,and do a good job of security support.It is expected to solve the problems existing in the agricultural industry revitalization in the eastern coastal areas and provide useful exploration and support for the implementation of the industrial revitalization path.
