| The "Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Promoting the Revitalization of Rural Industries" clearly pointed out that industrial prosperity is an important foundation for rural revitalization and a prerequisite for solving all problems in rural areas.The “14th Five-Year Plan for Rural Industry Development of Shandong Province” emphasizes that the starting point is to build a Qilu model for rural revitalization,the theme of achieving high-quality development of rural industries,and the main line of deepening the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,take the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries as the path to realize the development of the whole industry chain,build a modern rural industrial system,and realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Binzhou Yangliuxue Town is the Shandong Provincial Rural revitalization "Ten hundred thousand" demonstration project,Rural revitalization Qilu model provincial demonstration area,the first batch of rural revitalization demonstration towns in Shandong Province,and the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission rural revitalization strategic planning contact point.Therefore,this paper takes Yangliuxue Town,Binzhou City as an example,analyzes the achievements of Yangliuxue Town’s industrial revitalization,and discusses the influencing factors and optimization strategies of Yangliuxue Town’s industrial revitalization,which has certain practical significance.First of all,this paper reviews the research status and related concepts and theoretical basis at home and abroad,analyzes the economic and social development status of Yangliuxue Town combined with the relevant data of industrial development of Yangliuxue Town,and summarizes the achievements and challenges of industrial revitalization of Yangliuxue Town.On the one hand,the industrial revitalization of Yangliuxue Town has achieved achievements such as steady progress of agricultural demonstration base,prominent advantages of specialized agricultural cooperatives,continuous development of industrial projects,initial formation of red cultural industry,and initial establishment of talent guarantee mechanism.On the other hand,the industrial revitalization of Yangliuxue town is faced with the challenges of insufficient financial services and agriculture,shortage of agricultural technical talents,not outstanding brand advantages of agricultural products,the degree of industrial integration to be deepened,and the extension of rural express terminal stations.Then,through the construction of grey correlation model to Yangliuxue Town industry revitalization factors are analyzed.The influencing factors are divided into five categories,with a total of 20 items.Special commissioners of agricultural science and technology,rural tourism employees,number of express delivery outlets,income from main business of textile and paper products,scale of public finance expenditure,number of accommodation and catering industry,proportion of village Party organization secretary and head of village committee,number of employees of express delivery industry,number of agricultural science and technology innovation demonstration parks(demonstration bases),income from main business of agricultural and sideline product processing industry,highway lines The correlation degree of 12 influencing factors,such as mileage and green coverage rate,with regional industrial development is above 0.75,which belongs to high correlation degree.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,the paper puts forward the strategy of industrial revitalization and optimization for 12 factors with high correlation degree.From improving the quality of labor force,increase the promotion of agricultural technology;Increase the added value of agricultural products and enhance the brand influence;Vigorously develop tourism and service industries to promote industrial integration;Improve infrastructure construction and optimize the environment for industrial development;Strengthen the leadership of the Party and the government,guide and support the industrial development of five aspects to promote the further development of industry in Yangliuxue Town. |
