In recent years,the development momentum of China's banking industry is extremely rapid,among which the most obvious is the size and number of small and medium-sized Banks and foreign Banks.Of the development of small and medium-sized Banks and foreign Banks in without an increase in the number of personnel at the same time,while the source of the team personnel are mainly from state-owned commercial Banks,it brings to the state-owned commercial Banks and the pressure of competition.On the one hand,these small and medium-sized Banks and foreign Banks favor these personnel because they have business knowledge and certain customer resources.On the other hand,some employees are willing to change their jobs because they can get better remuneration than state-owned commercial Banks.At present,the pay gap between state-owned commercial banks and other joint-stock companies and small and medium-sized commercial banks is not only reflected in per capita,but more importantly reflected in the compensation system.This study is based on the review of the salary system literature,Taking the personal account manager salary system of Bank of China XX Branch as an example,a series of investigations and empirical analysis were conducted with individual account managers as research objects.Through the theoretical literature and empirical research on salary system and performance,the hypothesis is put forward based on the previous research,and the relationship between salary satisfaction and related performance(work satisfaction,unit benefit perception and turnover intention)is analyzed.This paper first systematically investigates the salary satisfaction,job satisfaction,unit benefit perception and turnover intention of Bank of China XX Branch.Finally,based on the research results and conclusions,the Bank of China XX Branch put forward detailed suggestions and opinions on the improvement and improvement of the compensation system,aiming at making the compensation system more reasonable and fair,improving employee satisfaction and continuing for the enterprise.Healthy development provides better institutional guarantees.At the same time,it also provides reference for the improvement and improvement of the salary system of state-owned commercial banks.At the same time,the state-owned commercial banks can pay attention to the salary problems of enterprise employees,and stabilize employees and motivate employees through the improvement of the salary system,so as to ultimately improve the operating efficiency.Secondly,the survey content was tested by differential test analysis and reliability and validity test.At the same time,the correlation analysis method was used to study the relationship between salary satisfaction and variables.
