In recent years,the development of the pharmaceutical industry has experienced a period of rapid development and lag,and it has gradually developed into a regularized development.Xinjiang Jointown Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.is a branch of Jointown Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd.located in Xinjiang.It was founded in 2004.The company is located in Urumqi,Xinjiang,and has 6 branches in all prefectural cities of Xinjiang Province.Sales exceeded 5 billion yuan by 2018.More than 3000 upstream manufacturers cooperate with Xinjiang Jointown Co.,Ltd.,providing comprehensive pharmaceutical sales and logistics services for downstream hospitals,distributors,health care institutions and pharmacies.In the face of economic globalization and fierce market competition,Jointown Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.of Xinjiang has also found its own management deficiencies in recent years.Sales growth has slowed,the number of new markets for new customers has decreased,staff performance has been low,and corporate development goals have not been achieved.How to improve the work enthusiasm of marketing personnel,promote the performance of enterprises and employees,improve the basic management level of enterprises,so as to improve the sales performance of enterprises,and ultimately ensure the implementation of the company's organizational strategic objectives,is a problem that Jointown Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.of Xinjiang wants to solve.Based on the existing literature at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation of the performance evaluation of the marketing personnel of Jointown Pharmaceutical Company in Xinjiang,and follows the principles of the design of the performance evaluation system.To understand the present situation of performance management of Jointown corporation in Xinjiang.On the basis of this analysis,we will analyze the existing problems in the performance management of Jointown Company in Xinjiang and the reasons for them,and then formulate a complete performance evaluation system based on the design goals and ideas,design principles,performance evaluation methods,weight of performance indicators,performance feedback and application.To rearrange and design the performance appraisal system of marketers,it provides reference for further improving the performance appraisal system of marketers.
