Performance appraisal,as an important management tool and tool for human resources,provides important support and guarantee for the healthy and steady development of modern enterprises.The competition of market resources and market share in the business and development of enterprises,in the final analysis,is the competition among the marketing personnel of various enterprises.The quality of business and the ability to work directly affect the quality of service,the performance work and the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The performance of the enterprise marketing personnel is directly related to the performance of the whole enterprise.The effective performance management of the enterprise marketing personnel has become an important problem for each enterprise.Based on the related theory of performance assessment,this paper makes an optimization study on the performance appraisal system of SDWM company marketing personnel.The research content is divided into six parts,the main contents of each part are as follows:In the first chapter,the introduction mainly introduces the background and value of the research on the optimization of the performance appraisal system of SDWM company marketing staff,and makes clear the research methods of the research problems,and combs the relevant contents of the research on the performance assessment of marketing personnel at home and abroad,so that this article can keep pace with the times and stand in the frontier research.From the perspective of research,we need to study the problems to be solved in this paper.The second chapter is related to the theoretical basis of performance appraisal,summarizes and puts forward the author's own point of view.The third chapter introduces the current situation of marketing personnel performance appraisal,and on the other hand,carries on the questionnaire survey to the related content of marketing personnel performance appraisal.The fourth chapter,from the present situation of performance assessment and the two aspects of the questionnaire survey,concludes that the marketing staff performance appraisal system has the problems of lack of understanding and participation in performance assessment,lack of scientific and objective fairness in performance assessment,the inaccurate measurement of responsibility of performance evaluation indicators,the application of assessment results and the serious insufficiency of feedback,etc.Analysis of the reasons for the implementation of the problem.The fifth chapter introduces the principles and ideas of the optimization.On the basis of the analysisof job job,the paper optimizes the index,main body,cycle,process,result feedback and result application of the marketing staff performance appraisal system.The sixth chapter,from the four aspects of increasing the performance feedback and results application,paying attention to the recruitment and training of the marketing staff,paying attention to the combination of multiple incentive measures and combing the correct assessment concept of the upper and lower levels,put forward the optimization measures of the marketing staff performance appraisal system.Finally,the conclusion and prospect are summarized,and the deficiencies in the study,the direction of the continued research and the future development trend are also prospected.
