Human resources management is increasingly important for modern enterprises,performance management as the core of human resource management, and its design is related to the survival and development of enterprises, enterprise performance appraisal system is an important guarantee to achieve strategic objectives. So, to combine a successful performance appraisal system design case, designed for the development of enterprise performance evaluation system, is currently the domestic enterprises need to solve the problem.
