Research On The Problems Of Application Of FSSC In CS Company

The 21st century is an unprecedented era for the world.With the rapid development of economy and science,human society is accelerating into the information time.Various advanced technologies have penetrated into human activities,gradually changing our lives and accelerating the process of economic globalization.While economic globalization creates new opportunities for enterprises,it also intensifies the competition among enterprises.In this background,more and more companies have to expand their business across regions,countries and even across products.Financial shared services center(FSSC)generates along with such model to meet the higher requirement in business compliance,management efficiency and cost control.However,FSSC model starts late in China,and is not very mature in either theory or practice.Many financial shared service centers encounter various problems.Therefore,it is valuable and helpful to establish and optimize the FSSC model.The thesis combined normative theoretical analysis with empirical case analysis.After reading and mastering the relevant theoretical knowledge of financial shared service,the writer studied and analyzed the current operation mode of FSSC of CS company where the writer worked,and optimized the FSSC by combining professional division of labor,process re-engineering and management accounting theories.Meanwhile,the writer hopes this research can provide some reference ideas or enlightenment for similar enterprises that are interested in establishing FSSC.
