With the continuous development of China’s economy,the competition in catering industry is becoming more and more fierce.The main purpose of employee incentive research is to keep and make good use of people,improve the competitiveness and economic benefits of enterprises,and achieve win-win situation between enterprises and employees.J catering enterprises,in recent years,business conditions have declined.Although turnover has maintained a momentum of growth,the shrinking market share and rising labor costs have led to a decline in business profits.At the same time,the increase of employee turnover rate has also made enterprises face enormous challenges.This paper takes the front-line service personnel of J catering enterprises as the research object,according to the relevant contents of incentive management,based on Maslow’s hierarchy of demand theory and expectation theory,and combined with the actual situation of the front-line service personnel incentive in China’s catering industry,drawing on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,using the methods of literature review,comparative induction,field survey and questionnaire survey to collect funds.Material,and according to the data of the questionnaire for results statistics and problem analysis,on this basis,the J catering enterprise front-line service staff incentive program design,put forward practical programs to improve the incentive status quo.In the investigation and Research on the incentive of front-line service personnel in J catering enterprises,the author makes statistics and Analysis on the survey results from two aspects of enterprise management and employees themselves.In view of the incentive scheme design of the front-line service personnel in the enterprise,the corresponding solutions are put forward from two aspects of material and spiritual incentives,salary,welfare,performance,promotion,training and corporate culture.The salary aspect should be graded and transparent;the welfare treatment should be improved;the promotion channels should be diversified;the performance aspect should be specific and targeted;the training process should be improved;the unique enterprise culture should be built according to the characteristics of employees;good communication mechanism should be established and sufficient recognition and attention should be given to employees,so as to substantially solve the incentive problem of front-line service personnel in J enterprise.At the same time,it has certain reference significance for the development of other catering enterprises of the same scale.
