Human resources are strategic resources of modern enterprises, but also the most critical factor in the development of enterprises. The incentive is an important part of human resources, especially for front-line service employees, their performance directly determines the operating conditions of enterprises. How to mobilize their work enthusiasm, inspire their initiative in achieving their personal values while improving the competitiveness of enterprises, both FS Company's current focus consider the issue, but also the core of this study.This theory of motivation and career development will be closely linked to FS Company's actual work, the article follow the questions, analyze problems, problem-solving ideas, brief FS Company's main business, organizational structure, development strategy, human resources status, front-line service staff analysis of the composition and the job requirements, front-line services for the implementation of incentives for employees to sum up the status quo of incentives to diagnose, identify incentives for front-line service employees in the key problems, proposed hiring management, into the job management, job management system, three levels of incentives, safeguards and recommendations made to enhance the company's core front-line service staff cohesion and loyalty, which will help enterprises continue to play a competitive advantage in the market.This will encourage career development theory and the theory and practical work closely around FS Company's strategic requirements, the incentive for the company's current status, the effective use of staff evaluation, staff incentives, staff proposed to promote the growth from the perspective of staff motivation, front-line service employees seeking to achieve effective implementation of incentives to build a way to measure, with a strong practical innovation and practical value of research results on the research of others have some reference value.
