In recent years,with the characteristics of large scale and rapid growth,the group meal industry has rapidly entered the market scope of capital focus.During the epidemic period,the group meal enterprises have been widely welcomed by the society for their distribution safety.At present,the number of Chinese group meal enterprises has exceeded100000,and the industry competition is fierce.With the continuous expansion of the business scope of group meal enterprises,the operation capacity of small group meal enterprises is gradually improved,the service scale is continuously expanded,the business scenarios of group meal enterprises are more diverse,and the demand for talents is becoming more and more urgent.In the process of diversified and rapid development of group meal enterprises,the front-line employees in each project department are the key objects to ensure the service quality and meal quality.After comprehensive consideration and scientific formulation,the salary system is the key factor for enterprises to absorb,motivate and retain talents.Due to the lack of effective salary system,some group meal enterprises fall into the dilemma of difficult talent recruitment,low employee enthusiasm and high employee turnover rate.How to effectively motivate front-line employees,guarantee quality of service and meal,and then improve the service ability and management ability of group meal enterprises is very important for the high-quality development of enterprises.YL catering Co.,Ltd.is a growing group meal enterprise.Taking its salary system as the research object,starting from the macro background of the group meal enterprise,this paper analyzes the existing salary system of front-line employees of YL catering Co.,Ltd.By using the relevant theoretical knowledge of salary,combined with the interview results and the salary satisfaction survey of front-line employees of the group meal enterprise.Using scientific post analysis and evaluation methods,optimize the salary system of employees from the aspects of salary structure,post salary,performance salary and welfare system,so as to make it more in line with the overall environment of high-quality development of group meal enterprises,so as to improve the incentive effect and improve the problems of lack of rationality of salary structure and lack of competitiveness of salary level of front-line employees,At the same time,it also provides reference for similar catering enterprises to establish a competitive salary system to a certain extent.
