Investigation And Research On Rural Industry Development In Chenzhou,Hunan Province

China is a developing country which founded on agriculture.The impact of agriculture on China’s economic infrastructure is still enormous today.The level and quality of agricultural economic development play fundamental roles in the national economic as a whole.In the 19 th CPC national congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the “implementing of rural revitalization strategy”,aiming to lay a foundation for rural economic and social development,driving rural revitalization with the development of rural industries.However,there are many problems in the development of rural industry,such as the lacking of scientific guidance for rural industry development planning and the lack of systematic indicators for the selection of leading industries.This research clarified the basic situation of rural industry development in Chenzhou city by combing the research summary of rural industry development in China and other countries.By means of literature analysis,investigation and case analysis,this research makes an empirical analysis of the current situation and problems of rural industry development in chenzhou city,hunan province.The main research results are as follows:1.Design the research plan,define the research process,and draw the research roadmap.The survey area of natural resources and economic resources are analyzed.In the subordinate areas of Suxian district,Beihu district,Zixing city,Guiyang county,Yizhang county,Linwu county and Yongxing county,questionnaires were distributed to local farmers,among which 392 valid pieces were withdrew.Systematic analysis was conducted based on the sample data obtained from interviews and questionnaires.2.Improve the characteristics of the sample data by investigating the general situation of the area,the current situation of land use and the collection and arrangement of the sample data.The performance of Chenzhou’s rural industrial development can be summarized as the following characteristics: Product structure of rural agricultural industry was optimized,the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries was accelerated,and new breakthroughs were made in the cultivation of agricultural brands.In addition,factors supporting industrial development were strengthened.3.Chenzhou’s rural industrial development also faces many difficulties: Agricultural industry has the characteristics of “big but not strong”;The integrating degree of three industries is not enough.The overall development level of agricultural and sideline product processing industry is relatively low.The rural industry development vigor is insufficient,the power is not strong.Based on the analysis of the current pain points,the feasibility analysis of chenzhou rural tourism and agricultural industry symbiosis development is introduced.4.Based on the analysis of the existing development conditions of Chenzhou rural industry,the countermeasures for the future development of Chenzhou rural industry are put forward.The future direction should focus on cultivating the main body of agricultural supply.The government should promote integrated development of the tertiary industry and improve the industrial service system.Also,strengthening of the foundation of development,is paramount to Chenzhou’s rural industry and its rapid development.
