APQP Applied Research In The Quality Management Of A Company's In-vehicl Cameras Product Development Project

At present,with the establishment of automobile intelligence and interconnection trend,car electronics has become a new industry trend,with the use of ADAS,adaptive cruise(ACC),360-degree,and other features,a car needs to be equipped with 6-8 cameras,the future of the on-board camera is several times larger than the current market spac.A number of traditional camera R&D and manufacturing companies have begun to switch to on-board camera products.the demand and application of the camera on the car make a big difference in consumer electronics.The camera itself is a high-precision product,and it is difficult to guarantee the quality of a car that needs to work long hours in harsh environments.In addition,the market is constantly changing,and if a new product has a long period of development,it can lead to customer loss.Therefore,it is an enterprise's goal to develop high quality new products efficiently.The general consumer electronics enterprise joins in the automobile industry,raises the higher request to the enterprise: First,we must meet the requirements of TS16949 standard for quality management,and apply the method of project management in the development and management of new products.This paper studied the quality management of new product development under the framework of the TS16949 quality management system,including APQP,FMEA,SPC,MSA and PPAP.The whole research is based on the company's on-board camera products,this paper firstly introduces project management and APQP tools,the existing problems in the quality management of product development project of company A are analyzed.The necessity of using APQP tools is clear,Then,taking A company car camera product as an example,the application of APQP in this product is described in detail,finally,it concluded that the application of this tool improved the quality of product research and development,and the first pass yield of products increased to 95% from 62% of previous products,at the same time,the project cycle is guaranteed and the customer delivery is completed on time.Among them,the top five quality tools such as APQP are the core,which can bring huge economic benefits to enterprises through the application of company A,and also deserve reference from other transformation companies in the industry.
