| With the High-speed growth of China's economic, power industry which as the basis of our national economy plays a decisive role in the healthy development of the national economy. Precisely because of the key role of power industry, promoting the quality of electric power project is particularly important. The paper study the Shengtai 220KV transformation through using the knowledge of quality management, and then, the author find some problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions. Currently, the research on quality management is less relatively, and there is lack of maturity theory to guide power construction projects, therefore, the study on Shengtai 220KV transmission in this paper has important theoretical and realistic significance for quality management of power construction project.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of quality management, as well as research status both in domestic and international. Secondly, the paper summarized the theory of the project management and project quality management, as well as relative concept, then, construct the system framework of quality management for Shengtai 220KV transmission project, meanwhile, introduces the present situation, quality plan, the requirement and assurance of quality control. Based on the theory of quality management, the paper introduces the principle, process and standard of quality control as well as some rules in construction, then, control the quality and solve problems came our in construction according to these principle. Through the study, the paper proposed the improvement measures of quality management in Shengtai 220KV transmission project, and the study can provide the reference for domestic quality management. |
