A Study On The Quality Management Of CGW In Viewpoint Of Project

Along with the economic globalization and severe competition, the enterprises are encountered with huge pressure. Especially after China entering WTO, the native automobile manufacturers are facing huge challenge which they never met before. Now more and more foreign automobile companies are building joint-venture factories ,cooperative factories and foreign capital factories in China。So it becomes more and more important for native enterprise to how to improve the core competition capacity .As we all know, the strength of competition depends on the improvement of the product quality. Now the concept of the product quality is changing, It is determined not only by the standards but also by the customer's satisfactory. So it is the enterprise's target to improve quality and meet to the customers'requirements.Along with the rapidly development in automobile industry, the enterprises are facing rising competition, the higher expectation on the product quality from the customers and the strict responsibility from the society .So the automobile manufacturers as long as their suppliers must have more efficient quality system to assure their quality .In this paper, from the view of the fact ,through series of analysis on the quality management status deeply( the transmission for light duty truck and car manufacturing base- ChangChun Gear Company of Car limited Company of FAW as the object of research),some shortcomings in the management are described such as :the period of solving problems is too long ,short of time concept, the quality cost is too high, the quality accident happens frequently ,implement the regulations not enough and strictly. Through summarizing the advanced management idea-project management idea, I expatiate on the project management theory and trend of the application and then bring forward the innovative management mode - project management of quality. By project management ,the enterprise can plan ,organize ,dictate, coordinate and control the project from the beginning to the end(the decision-making ,application ,delivery and after service)so that it can use the limited human resource, material resource ,financial resource ,information , time and space efficiently to obtain the best economic ,social and environmental benefits at the lowest cost. Through scale management, time management ,cost management ,quality management ,human resource management , communication management ,purchasing management ,risk management and macro-management ,the enterprise can manage the project generally. In this paper, the innovative idea mode is brought forward ,that is to say, introducing the time management and cost management while laying emphasis on quality management .By combining the quality management and project management , a quality management system which fit the enterprise's requirements is created, Which improves the capacity of planning ,applying and controlling all kinds of acts and provides ways of using the personnel and resources reasonably .Therefore it can assure and improve the enterprise's quality management capacity to enhance the running of the quality management system .The target is to improve the product quality and strengthen the core competition capacity.Based on the functional organization structure of the enterprise and the existing quality management system ,centered on the project and considering the project lifecycle (time, cost and quality),scientific management is done. Following the practicality, efficiency and flexibility, the organization structure of the enterprise were reformed and changed from the functional into the matrix which fit the project management and implemented the rules. Emphasizing on the process management such as time management, quality management and cost management in order to solve the problems in the quality management. Finally the importance of the training were emphasized, because if no training, it is difficult for the staff to understand and master the ideas .As we know from practice, no matter how advanced and scientific the management is, it must be surprised and managed efficiently ,otherwise the target can't be achieved.Through applying the project management on the project CA5T70D31 and commenting objectively on the effects by the comparative analysis method ,the special management mode is brought forward which the project management in quality control is scientific, applicable and feasible. Under the severe competition, if not innovate and create, it is difficult for the enterprise to exist .Now for the enterprise ,it can exist ,develop and strengthen only when it improve and strengthen the management ,because the space of the benefit is becoming smaller and smaller.At the end of the paper, based on summarizing the optimizing project management ,the key point of the quality management is brought forward which the enterprise will face in the future.
