| With the increasingly fierce market competition,the requirement on schedule of product development projects is becoming much higher,especially for electronic products.Effective project schedule management for product development projects can help enterprises to keep competitive.Currently,schedule delay happens occasionally during product development,there are many causes may result in schedule delay,proper schedule plan and effective schedule control way can helps to avoid or mitigate the delay.In this paper,considering the characteristics of PC motherboard development project and the project organization structure of P Company,analyze the main influential factors affecting PC motherboard development project schedule,and propose corresponding countermeasures in line with risk factors importance and probability;with the study on project schedule management theory,make the schedule plan with network planning technique in motherboard IPMSK-MI development project,and optimize to the project schedule plan using the activity stepwise method to compensate for the limitations of traditional network planning technique,which makes the connections between activities become streamlined and project resource fully used.Moreover,in view of the project schedule control,add the milestone management method in the general process of project progress of dynamic control,for better monitoring and controlling of the project schedule.During the development of IPMSK-MI,project cycle time is compressed effectively by using the schedule plan and control way which described in this paper.This proves the feasibility and validity of the schedule plan and control way. |
