A Company Methanol Based On The Key Chain Design Project Schedule Management

To solve the problem in company A, the dissertation makes use of critical chain project management technique and researches the schedule plan, the schedule control and the enterprise circumstance.On the base of introduce of theory basis, basic ideals and exertion process of CCPM, the dissertation gives an example of methanol design project of company A, then researches how to plan and control the project schedule by CCPM. The research proves CCPM can short the project duration, reduce the influence of uncertain factors, and ensure completion of the project on time.The dissertation discusses CCPM need the good enterprise circumstance, and puts forward a series of measure to construct the circumstance.The dissertation mainly researches how to exert CCPM to manage the project.
