Facing the complex economic situation and market environment,organizational change has become a method of the most enterprise aspiring new development,the system adjustment and mergers and acquisitions is more and more frequent.Baosteel is in the big stage of development of Second pioneering work,the carbon steel plate products is the company's main products,involving unit is more,the product series complex,production line equipment and technology level is more different,the demand of the coordinated development is larger,The medium thickness plate is one of important iron and steel materials that are depended on the development of national economy,and two thick plate production lines are respectively controled by two production unit of Baosteel shares internal.Therefore,the company decided to do reposition management mode of the heavy plate production lines,adjust the control way,improve the product integration management,professional production and concentrated R&D efficiency and effect.For Baosteel heavy plate organization change management project's period tension,workload big,involve wide and difficult coordination characteristics,this paper applied the basic theory of modern project management,combining with the specific conditions of the project operation,the research discusses progress control mechanism of Baosteel heavy plate organization change management project.This paper used integratedly theories,methods and tools of the project schedule management,combining with the characteristics of Baosteel heavy plate organization change management,analysed the work of the project,formulated the project progress control plan,and put forward the project progress control's key and difficult points,and according to the operation of the project,monitored and adjusted the project schedule,for limiting the project time within the control plan.
