With the deepening of reform and social transformation,China's overall social status of coexistence of tradition, modernity and post-modernity,the rapid economic shift, structural adjustment pains, the legacy of past policies and the impact of globalization have made China step into risk.Society,a large-scale social group of migrant workers,as the backbone of urban economic construction and development, because of its identity particularity has become an important part of the socially disadvantaged groups, they live in cities and are indispensable in the city. The amount of important labor can't be a "city man" in the true sense. The integration and citizenization of migrant workers has become the most hot topic in the world. The social endowment insurance system is an important system that affects the urbanization of migrant workers. The improvement of the social endowment insurance system can play a positive role in promoting the urbanization of migrant workers and urban integration to a certain extent. At present, the problem of peasant workers' pension is generally prominent. For migrant workers, social pension insurance is still “mirror in the mirror” and cannot guarantee their old age. This aspect is related to the trajectory of the traditional dual economy and social structure that China's social security system continues in the new period. On the other hand,it is inseparable from the concept and attitude of the migrant workers themselves.Judging from the existing research, when studying the participation of migrant workers in social pension insurance, most of them regard migrant workers as highly homogenous groups, which neglects the long-term generation of intergenerational differences among migrant workers.Qualitative differentiation.Based on this, this paper uses the 2014 population dynamic monitoring to investigate the data of Fujian Province, and uses quantitative research methods to conduct intergenerational comparisons between the new and old generations of migrant workers participating in social pension insurance participation behavior, through descriptive statistical analysis and cross analysis.,correlation analysis and binary logistic regression analysis, study the participation factors of the old generation and the new generation of migrant workers participating in the social pension insurance participation behavior and the behavior of participating in the insurance, focusing on the factors affecting the participation of the two generations of migrant workers in social endowment insurance What are the factors that affect the two generations of migrant workers at the same time, and which factors will produce intergenerational differences.Based on the existing literature, this paper summarizes the influencing factors of two generations of migrant workers into social endowment insurance into individual characteristics, employment characteristics, mobility characteristics, family income and housing economic characteristics. After analyzing,it is found that the current peasant tools in China have the characteristics of low education level, low wages, poor housing conditions, employment preference in industries with low entry barriers, strong liquidity, and low participation rate.In order to gain a deeper understanding of the status of migrant workers' insurance participation, this paper separately compares the two generations of migrant workers' participation status from the characteristics of individual characteristics, employment characteristics, mobility characteristics, family income and housing, and finds that the new generation of migrant workers The enthusiasm for participating in social endowment insurance has generally improved. The two generations of migrant workers have intergenerational differences in individual characteristics, employment characteristics, mobility characteristics, and family income and housing.Third,to further examine the various levels of migrant workers in the two generations.Based on the specific factors of the influencing factors, this paper constructs a binary logistic regression score. The model found that individual characteristics, employment traits, mobility characteristics, and family income and housing economic characteristics have had a significant impact on the two generations of migrant workers.Among them, gender, age, and hukou nature have contributed to the participation of two generations of migrant workers in social pension insurance.Obvious intergenerational differences, employment characteristics, mobility characteristics, and economic characteristics such as household income and housing have not yet produced significant intergenerational differentiation. Finally, based on the above research results, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of migrant workers' participation in social endowment insurance, and eliminates corresponding countermeasures in order to accelerate the integration of migrant workers' urban integration to solve the problem of migrant workers participating in social endowment insurance. In the end,the realization of the citizenization of migrant workers provides inspiration.
