Study On Transfer And Renewing Of Rural Migrant Workers’ Social Pension Insurance

As China’s reforming and opening to continue to advance and the development of economy, migrant workers have become an important group of the society playing a great role for economic construction and stability of cities in recent years. At the same time, there is no reasonable policy of transfer and renewing, so pension rights of migrant workers in old age can not be guaranteed. Safeguarding migrant workers is not only the perfection of social security system, but also the meaning of construction of harmonious society. Therefore, study of migrant workers’ transfer and renewing of pension have become an important part in the study of pension. In this thesis, the author have illustrated status, problem and suggestion of migrant workers’ transfer and renewing of pension in this way of literature analysis in nearly five years, policy research on the social security and case interview survey on the region of Shijiazhuang.The thesis is mainly divided into five parts. The first chapter mainly explains research background and research present situation. The second chapter is about the policy of transfer connection of migrant workers’ social pension insurance. What’s more,"Interim Measures of Basic old-age insurance relations shift connection of the urban enterprise workers" are analyzed. It is currently applicable. In The third chapter the author have done a case interview survey about transfer and renewing of social pension insurance of migrant workers in the hometown of Shijiazhuang. The fourth chapter mainly have analyzed the causes and problems of migrant workers social pension insurance. The fifth chapter have analyzed the sectional calculation model describing segmentation principles and specific calculation method of calculation model in detail. The sixth chapter is a summary section suggesting for following research.
