Research On The Migrant Workers' Endowment Insurace Connection

Since the reform and opening up, our urbanization process is booming up so that more and more farmers leave their hometown for making a living in the cities. Thus, migrant-workers as a special group turn up. Emerging during the fast development period of industrialization and urbanization, migrant workers make a great contribution to urban prosperity and economic development. However, so far, migrant workers have been excluded from social insurance system, especially the endowment insurance as concerned most. Although we have studied the endowment insurance in rural areas since 1990s, the problems in endowment insurance connection hasn't been solved which is harmful to migrant workers' rights and the formation of flowing and uniform market as well. Thus, the connection problems of migrant workers' endowment insurance urgently need to be solved in this aging society. The paper focuses on basic theories relative to the endowment insurance of migrant workers and current polices in various regions by means of qualitative examination and study. By deeply analyzing the current successive situation of endow insurance and relevant problems, the thesis comes up with a serial of methods such as enhancing the awareness of migrant workers'endowment insurance and lowing the payment.This thesis consists of five parts: Part one expounds the relevant theory and concept of migrant workers'endowment insurance connection; Part two expounds the current situation and exiting problems of migrant workers'endowment insurance connection; Part three expounds analysis on the obstacles of migrant workers'endowment insurance connection in terms of system, regional protectionism and management aiming at better and reasonable way; Part four expounds experience learning from foreign countries based on the analysis of their current practice of migrant workers'endowment insurance connection; Part five expounds the strategies to the exiting problems of migrant workers'endowment insurance connection on basis of its current situation and obstacles analysis.
