Study On Relationship Transfer And Renewing Of Migrant Workers' Social Pension Insurance

China's migrant workers are important indicator of change from the traditional to a modern society, a new type of labor force of reform and opening up of China's industrialization and urbanization, an important force for change to promote China's economic and social structure development, made a significant contribution to urban prosperity and economic development. However, so far, the vast majority of migrant workers in China are still being excluded from the existing social security system, especially the migrant workers to pay more attention to the social pension insurance. Although, from the 20th century 90's began to explore the social pension insurance system for migrant workers, but for various reasons, the problem of relationship transfer and renewing of migrant workers'social pension insurance has always been difficult to break, serious damage to the migrant workers'social pension insurance rights and interests of migrant workers impeded the freedom of uniform flow and the formation of the labor market. In our increasingly accelerated aging, the study and explore on relationship transfer and renewing of migrant workers'social pension insurance is a major issue to be settled urgently.This article first reviewed the theoretical study on pension insurance of the western countries and the European Union, the United States'successful practice in relationship transfer and renewing of social pension insurance,then,summing up the relevant theoretical research of the relationship transfer and renewing of migrant workers in social pension insurance in China, China's migrant workers and the relationship between the transfer of pension issues and the reasons for follow-up conducted an in-depth analysis. On this basis, under the premise of without changing the existing framework of the social pension insurance system, put forward unity, independence and development as the main principles and to work to pay,sub-records; the release of retirement,the rights of accumulation, the national pooling as the main idea for the method of the social pension insurance relationship transfer and renewing of migrant workers.
