With the increasingly fierce competition in the enterprise market,talents have become one of the most important resources in the development of enterprises,and the level of human resources management has become the core competitiveness of enterprises.Scientific and reasonable salary management system is an important part of enterprise human resource management,and it is the main cornerstone for enterprises to achieve strategic goals and strengthen human resources competitiveness.Therefore,according to the characteristics of enterprises and their industries,in-depth analysis and research of business characteristics,organizational structure,management level,regional differences,and the construction of a scientific,reasonable and effective corporate compensation management system is the focus of enterprise human resources management.This paper takes the certification enterprise as the main research object,and applies the fairness theory,expectation theory,efficiency wage theory,human capital theory,salary incentive in enterprise human resource management through the research on the business characteristics,industry model and personnel structure of the certified enterprise.Theory,balance scorecard and other theories and other frontier theories,combined with the main methods of modern payroll system assessment,studied the content and structure of the certification enterprise compensation management system,and proposed the compensation management system for the compensation design and compensation implementation of the certified enterprise.Through the historical data and decomposition strategy objectives,the design results of Z Company’s compensation system were evaluated.The rationality and feasibility of the salary system design were analysed through the evaluation results,which provided a feasibility assessment for the implementation of the compensation management system.
