The basic condition of the construction industry practitioners in China is: most of the workers from the countryside, cultural level is low, the lack of professional construction skills training, and knowledge of management, and construction techniques of compound talent shortage is serious. To quickly solve "talent shortage" problem, the author thinks that can through the establishment of a set of conform to the enterprise actual salary incentive mechanism, to attract talents, retain talent, the use of good talent.This paper on the salary incentive theory as the instruction, the integrated use of survey research, comparative analysis, system analysis, the Anshan east building group, this article analyzes the compensation management, found that the unreasonable salary structure, salary compensation management of such problems as lack of competitiveness; Secondly, from the basic salary, performance pay and welfare pay three aspects, to the east building group management executive compensation incentive mechanism, the optimization design; Finally using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process AHP to verify the east building group management effect of the implementation of the salary incentive mechanism, the salary incentive mechanism may encounter resistance is forecasted, and proposed the corresponding guarantee measures.The innovation of this paper is combined with the east, the actual situation of compensation management, constructs the east building group management personnel salary incentive mechanism.
