Science and technology are developing rapidly these days,more and more high-tech enterprises are engaged in the field of artificial intelligence.Under the market environment where competition is so stimulating,talent resources have become the most important resources that companies want to compete for.Compared to the average employee,knowledge-based employees have some characteristics that modern companies need.Therefore,high-tech enterprises need to use better methods to attract and retain these knowledge-based employees who create value for the company.However,many enterprises still have more or less problems in terms of the incentives for knowledge-based employees,resulting in frequent job hopping of knowledge-based employees,which ultimately affects the long-term development of the company.Therefore,enterprises should establish a scientific and reasonable incentive system for knowledge-based employees and formulate a well-targeted incentive policy to meet the needs of such employees.In order to study the incentive system of knowledge employees in high-tech enterprises such as artificial intelligence,this paper summarizes the definition and characteristics of knowledge employees based on the research theory of domestic and foreign scholars,and uses the related incentive theory as a basis to pass a questionnaire survey method.Taking the knowledge employee of AC company of artificial intelligence company as the object of investigation,this paper studies the status quo and the shortcomings of the incentive system of AC company to knowledge employee through the satisfaction of the knowledge employee questionnaire of AC company.The shortcomings include the low satisfaction of remuneration incentives,the unreasonable incentive of performance bonuses,the inconspicuous incentive effect of the welfare system,the lack of career development incentives,the lack of long-term incentives,the lack of humanistic care,and the neglect of corporate cultural identity.Analyze the problems and their causes.According to the actual situation of AC company,from the above seven problems as the starting point,a scientific and reasonable incentive scheme is designed.Finally,in order to give full play to the incentive measures,the relevant safeguard measures of the incentive system are designed.
