| In the era of knowledge economy,the development of enterprises is more and more dependent on knowledge capital and human resources.The competition between enterprises has been transformed from the competition of traditional products and resources to the competition of knowledge,management and innovation.In order to gain competitive power,enterprises need knowledge workers who rely on the knowledge carrier of the enterprise.Under such circumstances,how to motivate knowledge workers and give full play to their enthusiasm and creativity has become a serious problem for managers in knowledge economy era.L Company is a high-tech company which engaged in software R & D and technology services.It provides general products,industry solutions,software outsourcing,intelligent building,system integration and information services.In recent years,with the continuous development and expansion of the size of the company,human resources management issues are also increasingly prominent,especially the lack of knowledge workers incentive lead staff enthusiasm is not high,the research on knowledge staff incentive system has become the focus of the company’s urgent attention.This paper first reviews the literature on knowledge worker motivation research at home and abroad,and analyzes the status quo of employee motivation in L company.The survey found that the position promotion,salary level,job achievement sense,interpersonal relationship and ability play are the most important five motivators.According to the analysis,the current incentive system of L company has shortcomings in salary and welfare system,performance assessment method,career planning,incentive mode and so on.Finally,based on the incentive theory and the actual situation of L company,this paper constructs a L company’s knowledge worker incentive system model,and gives specific incentive measures and safeguard measures.This research has direct guidance for L company to understand the motivating status of knowledge workers and formulate targeted improvement measures,and it also has reference value for other technology companies’ employee motivation. |
