Under the background of the Internet and Intelligent era,R&D stuff have become the most important capital of Internet companies,and their comprehensive capabilities have extremely vital to development of enterprises.Training,as an value investment to R&D stuff,is being adopted by more and more companies.However,the training activities are more likely formalized which lead to the consequence of training not satisfactory.As an effective method,Training incentives are an effective way and guarantee for the real value of R&D stuff's training activities.At present,the training incentive project of most internet companies are not complete.Enterprises are more focused on the development of training activities,while ignoring the implementation and the impact of training incentives.How to make the training incentives to play its role in the transformation of R&D fruit is an urgent and practical problem for internet and R&D enterprises,which is also the main direction and significance of this paper.This paper is based on the methods of the training effect questionnaires,training incentive employee interviews and historical data collection of AF company.to summarize and analyze the current situation and problems of the training incentive for AF R&D stuff.then obtain its internal problems,such as unsatisfactory training incentive effect,and insufficient training incentive resources.through analysis of the root causes of the problems,such as the imperfect of the Training incentives,Insufficient attention of leaders and so on,this paper is based on the incentive process principle,started from the Adult Learning theory,Transformation of training results theory,ERG incentive theory,Expectancy incentive theory and Goal Setting incentive theory,combined the integration of the knowledge of organizational behavior,human resource management and other subject knowledge,according to the characteristics and needs of R&D personnel,to give suggestions and implementation programs for the training incentive project of AF R&D stuff.the content covers the construction of training incentive atmosphere and environment,material incentive design,spiritual incentive design and objectives and assessment incentive design level.Through the above designs,we could improve the training incentive project for R&D stuff of AF company,realize the training incentive effect,and ensure the smooth and effective training activities of R&D stuff.
