Nowadays, third-party inspection and testing industry grows quickly, so the competition for inspection and testing technical stuff is very fierce. In order to achieve the strategic objectives and take an advantage edge, enterprises always strengthen their competition advantage through training the technical stuff.In this paper, it mainly focuses on training of technical stuff in PONY testing Shenzhen Company. It applies theoretical knowledge about training in the theory of human resource management, and uses literature analysis, questionnaire, survey method and so on to deeply and systematically analyze the existing processes of technical stuff training, in order to discover existing problems and their causes. Then, combining with the actual situation of the company’s operations, the technical stuff training system of PONY testing Shenzhen Company is built. The technical stuff training system includes the following five parts. Firstly, the corporate organizational structure is improved, and training department is set up to be responsible for company training. Secondly, the technical stuff training system building process is drawn up and the specific requirements and the target for various aspects of this process are set up. Thirdly, the development process, implementation process and evaluation process of technical stuff training program are established, and each task in technical stuff training program is given exact specifications. Fourthly, according to the technical stuff training institutional system, the questionnaire survey analysis results, the technical staff positions with the relevant standards and training objectives and so on, the specific training courses for technical stuff positions are designed to satisfy the demands of different levels of technical stuff training. Fifthly, according to the implementation of technical stuff training system, specific issues that arise during technical stuff training implementation are obtained and the reasons are analyzed. The appropriate preventive measures or corrective measures are draw up in order to prevent similar problems from happening again, and promote the continuous improvement of technical stuff training system.PONY testing Shenzhen Company will face testing technical stuff shortage or loss risk. Therefore, the technical stuff will be gained mainly depending on internal excavation and nurture in the company. Through establishing a set of stronger pertinence, practicability, effectiveness and feasibility of technical stuff training system and improving the training of dynamic mechanism and training incentive restraint mechanisms, it can be ensured that a batch of high technical level, strong operation skills, high professional quality technician team, which can adapt to changes in market development, can be cultivated for the company.
