A new round of reform of state-owned enterprises with mixed ownership reform as the core, and stressed that further rationalization of staff wages. This paper summarizes the existing incentive theory, model, and the research results of scholars at home and abroad, fully investigated B company employees incentive system actual situation, Separately from the Compensation incentive, Training motivation, Performance incentives incentive, find the problems in the aspect of employee motivation. Analyzed from the Angle of employees incentive problems of incentive management, uses the appropriate incentive theory to analyze the reasons for problems occurred in company. Research is suitable for the practical, scientific and efficient B company employees incentive measures, making it a strong backing for the development of the company. Finally put forward the measures for the management of human resources and the improvement of the incentive problems countermeasures and suggestions. The key is to break the inherent incentive system mode, implement more flexible incentives, relevance to strengthen performance management and incentive measures, pay attention to employee needs, in line with the principle of fairness to the differential implementation of incentive measures, so as to play the role of incentives.
