At present,for the joint-stock commercial bank in China,human resource is the basis of their core competitiveness.Marketing stuff as the direct creator of the value of commercial banks becomes the core elements of human resources to management joint-stock commercial banks.For the moment,the liquidity marketing stuff in domestic joint-stock commercial banks is high.How to retain talented persons,how to enhance the stability of the team,how to improve the bank's core competitiveness,becomes particularly important.Incentive system is the important part of enterprise human resources management system,the appropriate incentive system can effectively improve the work of enterprise stuff's enthusiasm,creativity,improve employee to enterprise's loyalty and satisfaction,inspire employee's potential,promote the improvement of enterprise's performance.This paper takes the marketing personnel in Nanchang Branch of China Minsheng Bank as the research object,and hopes that through incentive system's optimization study on marketing stuff to establish a stable marketing team,which has practice significance to boost its competitiveness for Nanchang Branch of China Minsheng Bank.At the same time,China Minsheng Bank is a relatively typical small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial Banks;research of this paper is referable for the other similar bank to establish their marketing personnel incentive mechanism.Firstly,this paper summarized the theory of motivation by using the method of comprehensive analysis of literature,and analyzed the present situation of marketing stuff's incentive system in Nanchang Branch of China Minsheng Bank combining Maslow's hierarchy of needs,and pointed out its problem that it lacks of diversity incentive.Secondly,basing on the practical situation of Nanchang Branch of China Minsheng Bank,analyzed the marketing personnel's hierarchy of needs,appropriate incentives and implementation.Thirdly,classified the stuff according to the position,age,education,and designs the corresponding incentive demand questionnaire,analyzed the results of questionnaire survey,and put forward the corresponding differential incentives after identifying the different people's incentive demand preferences.Finally,put forward safeguard measures for the differential incentive methods.
