Study On External Effect Analysis And Calculating Method Of Tropical Fruit Cold Chain Logistics In China

With the continuous improvement of economic level and the escalation of household consumption,China's cold chain logistics has entered a rapid development stage.Accelerating the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products is needed to adapt to the largescale circulation of fresh agricultural products,and to meet household consumption and increase farmers' income.This paper mainly focuses on the external effects of tropical fruit cold-chain logistics in china.Specifically,it evaluates the external effects of tropical fruit coldchain logistics in China.And then it reveals the influence of such external effects on society,consumers and government.Further exert the superior effect of cold chain logistics,provide guarantee for the development of cold chain logistics of tropical fruit,and provide theoretical basis for the government to support the industry.The contents of this research are as follows:(1)The related concepts,research methods and research status of the external effects of tropical fruit cold chain logistics in China and abroad are summarized,to build a comprehensive evaluation model of the external effects of tropical fruit cold chain logistics in China with quantitative method.(2)Based on the analysis of the research status of cold chain logistics of agricultural products and the general characteristics of cold chain logistics of tropical fruit in China,this paper comprehensively evaluates the external effects of cold chain logistics industry of tropical fruit in China,and analyses in detail its positive influences on increasing farmers' production and income,stabilizing market price of tropical fruit,guaranteeing the safety of tropical fruit,reducing the carbon emissions during the whole life cycle of tropical fruit and saving the cultivated land.(3)From aspects of social effect,economic effect,resource effect and environmental effect,this paper analyses the external effect of tropical fruit cold chain logistics in china to construct the evaluation index and calculation model of tropical fruit cold chain logistics in China with qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.(4)The external effects of litchi cold chain logistics in Guangdong Province are analyzed and Carbon Footprint Optimization of Whole Cold Chain Logistics in case studies.Through the calculation of the external effect coefficient,it is found that the food safety effect coefficient is the largest.It means that,its positive external effect of the index is the most significant,followed by the effect of increasing farmers' production and income,saving cultivated land and stabilizing market prices,among which the effect of reducing carbon emissions is the lowest.The simulation analysis of different sales ratios of circulation enterprises under the general logistics supply chain mode shows that the benefit of farmers' income increases with the decrease of export ratio,while the benefit of saving cultivated land and reducing carbon emissions is in a downward trend.And the trend of stabilizing market price is the same with the trend of overall benefit.Under the condition of 15% export,the external effect is similar to that of stabilizing market price.The value reaches the highest value.Based on the empirical analysis of the external effects on the carbon footprint optimization of the whole cold chain logistics,it is found that although the effect index of reducing carbon emissions is the lowest,the carbon emissions of the whole cold chain logistics can be reduced.By constructing a complete set of evaluation indicators for the external effects of agricultural cold chain logistics,it has important theoretical and practical application value for giving full play to the regulatory role of market and government on resource allocation and promoting the development of cold chain logistics industry with positive external effects.
