| With the development of our economy and people’s living standard, the fresh products market gradually expands, and the cold chain logistics industry and enterprises gradually develop.Usually fresh products have the characteristics of easy corruption, strong timeliness, its freshness is easily affected by temperature, humidity and time and other factors,at the same time, people have certain requirements for its freshness when buying, which makes cold chain logistics service enterprises need to ensure the quality of fresh products in the whole process of distribution. That is,refrigeration equipment and special refrigerated trucks are required to maintain the prescribed low temperature during storage and distribution, which leads to high energy consumption and carbon emissions in the process of cold chain logistics. Therefore facing the global climate and environmental protection problem, low carbon environmental protection is the current Chinese logistics service enterprises need to have the important consciousness. With the rapid development of cold chain logistics industry in our country, the problems of how to reduce energy consumption and practice the concept of low-carbon environmental protection pose challenges to the development of cold chain logistics distribution enterprises. Therefore, combining with the concept of low carbon, this paper quantified the carbon emissions in the process of fresh cold chain logistics distribution and included them into the total cost.At the same time,it fully considered the requirements of customers’ time window, and built a fresh cold chain logistics distribution route optimization model with the minimum total cost as the optimization objective from the perspective of low carbon.First of all, this paper briefly describes the current situation of cold chain logistics, and collates and summarizes the relevant literature of domestic and foreign experts,so as to propose the research direction and key content of this paper on the basis of previous studies.Secondly, this paper briefly introduces the low carbon logistics, fresh cold chain logistics, vehicle routing theory and related solving algorithms,so as to analyze the cost of cold chain logistics distribution process in combination with theoretical research and practical situation, and then take the fixed cost of vehicles, transportation cost, refrigeration cost, freight damage cost, carbon emission cost and penalty cost as the total cost. The distribution route optimization model of fresh cold chain logistics with minimum total distribution cost as optimization objective was established from the perspective of low carbon. At the same time,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the common algorithms of vehicle routing problem, the ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm are selected to design the improved ant colony algorithm,so as to solve the model in this paper. Finally,in order to verify the practicability of the model built in this paper and the effectiveness of the algorithm, this paper takes the M cold chain distribution center in Shanxi Province as the application research object. In the Python environment, the improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve the optimal path of the distribution center from the perspectives of ordinary and low carbon, and carries out a comparative analysis. It can be seen from the application research results of this paper that the carbon emissions of the optimal distribution path of this distribution center under the perspective of low carbon are reduced by 12.9% compared with the ordinary perspective, the penalty cost of customers is reduced by 32%,and the total distribution cost of this distribution center is reduced by 7.6%compared with the ordinary perspective without considering the carbon emission cost.It can be seen that the solution path of cold chain logistics distribution path optimization from the lowcarbon perspective is better than that from the ordinary perspective, its total distribution cost is better than that from the ordinary perspective, and carbon emissions are also significantly reduced compared with the ordinary perspective. Therefore, cold chain logistics service enterprises should take the initiative to consider the carbon emission factor, which can not only reduce the total cost, optimize the distribution route, improve corporate profits, but also conform to the concept of energy conservation, emission reduction and sustainable development, reduce environmental pollution, and establish a civilized image of enterprises. |
