With the development of people’s living standard, the demand of forest and fruit products is increasing. In this background, forest and fruit cold chain logistics industry has entered a rapid development period. The layout optimization of forest and fruit cold chain logistics center has been studied in this paper, and the main contents are as follows:This thesis firstly elaborates layout theory of forest and fruit products cold chain logistics center, which includes the basic concept of cold chain logistics and forest and fruit cold chain logistics center, principles and objectives of layout of forest and fruit cold chain logistics center, layout design methods and layout design problems. Secondly, the scale of forest and fruit cold chain logistics center has been determined. The influencing factors of scale of forest and fruit cold chain logistics center have been analyzed and summarized. Focus on the methods of determining of scale have been researched, including demand analysis, supply analysis, supply and demand balance and parameters determination. Once again, mathematical model method and SLP method have been applied in layout of forest and fruit cold chain logistics center. three kinds of layout form and layout model that is commonly used in mathematical model method have been introduced, and the model which based on the characteristics of forest and fruit cold chain logistics center has been established. In determining the conditions of the model assumptions, forest and fruit cold chain logistics center is established the multi-objective function and constraint conditions to be met. To SLP method, through the analysis of five basic elements, the logistics relation and non-logistics relation among each functional areas of forest and fruit cold chain logistics center has been discussed, and lay out in turn by correlation size. Finally, through the analysis of the two kinds of layout methods, SLP method was selected to carry out the layout of some agricultural products cold chain logistics center. Meanwhile, The weighted factor comparison method has been used to evaluate the layout schemes and then the best layout scheme has been selected.In this dissertation, based on the research of forest and fruit cold chain logistics center layout, it could improve the operation efficiency of cold chain and actively promote the development of the cold chain.
