Belong to the category of over-clearance transportation,engineering machinery and equipment transportation basic need to use special vehicles for transportation,logistics transportation cost accounts for the proportion of the total cost is relatively high,at the same time,engineering machinery equipment corresponding to the risk of transportation will be many times higher than general goods flow,how to effectively control engineering machinery equipment logistics warehousing costs and reduce the risk of logistics became the focus of various engineering machinery manufacturer.Different construction machinery manufacturing enterprises will choose different logistics transportation and warehousing modes,and the selection of logistics mode also needs to be combined with the company's sales policy and market situation.This thesis first introduced caterpillar manufacturing enterprises and their sales agents,logistics and warehousing,and market customers in detail by citing the theory of supply chain management,and analyzed the problems in the logistics transportation and warehousing activities involved in the four nodes of caterpillar's overall supply chain.Thesis begins first introduce the basic situation of caterpillar enterprise product characteristics and the corresponding caterpillar machine equipment,and the current China's four regional sales agent of the regional distribution,caterpillar and agents and sales policy,strategic cooperation relationship between combing the current caterpillar's supply chain logistics and warehousing operation process,and through the SWOT analysis above the caterpillar's supply chain logistics spot problems of four nodes further analysis,for logistics problems for further research and find the corresponding reasons.Advances the readjustment and optimization of the caterpillar's supply chain is the basis and premise to solve the problem of the whole logistics and storage conditions,the adjustment of the caterpillar's supply chain could change sales agent logistics warehouse management problem,and the whole machine in recycling logistics warehousing resources on the basis of building a new logistics warehouse management mode,through integration of resources to achieve the effective control of logistics and warehousing costs.In terms of logistics integration,it mainly focuses on logistics combination transportation,diversification of logistics transportation modes and logistics route planning.while warehousing management mainly focuses on the optimization of the whole equipment warehouse capacity,the integration of warehousing resources and the exploration of front-end warehouse.After the adjustment of caterpillar goal is to realize the logistics warehousing costs of the supply chain optimization,the premise is to meet sales agents and market demand of customers on the basis of innovation by way of logistics and warehousing,through the establishment of standardization of logistics operation and logistics service security effective guarantee on the supply chain process to achieve the goals of manufacturers,sales agents and customers.Finally,based on the integration of logistics and storage information resources,this paper proposes the application of big data,and further supports and explores the whole machine market sales,logistics route planning,warehouse location selection,reasonable storage capacity selection and customer service through logistics data.
