Research On Improving Logistics Management Ability Of M Company Based On Supply Chain Management

At present,in order to vigorously develop electronic information industry,the electronic manufacturing enterprises should enhance the logistics management capability,turn to socialized and specialized logistics,extend the logistics industry chain and value chain,enhance the level of logistics networking and intelligence based on supply chain management,and build a modern logistics service system which is efficient,convenient and smooth.This paper chooses M Company,a notebook computer manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing,as the case to improve its logistics management and service capabilities.This paper is guided by the theory of supply chain management,logistics management and processing trade.It explains the industrial environment by means of literature research,case study,interviewing method,SWOT analysis,Porter's "Five Forces Model".The fishbone diagram analysis method is used to find the problems in the distribution logistics of M Company,such as weak information technology link,untimely communication between the carrier and the customs broker,poor market response,imprecise distribution logistics process,low efficiency of logistics operation,low timeliness of logistics,etc.The research shows that,it is necessary to optimize the internal logistics processes,especially the shipping processes,and put forward specific safeguard measures to realize the improvement of logistics management capability.It consists of two parts.First,it puts forward the optimization scheme of distribution logistics customs clearance:(1)Based on supply chain management,it builds enterprise logistics information management system;(2)Optimize the flow of distribution logistics;(3)Optimize the warehouse logistics operation system and improve the operation efficiency.Secondly,it puts forward the concrete guarantee to improve the logistics management capability of M Company.Including information platform,organizational structure,operation mechanism,financial support,corporate reputation and PDCA cycle.In summary,based on supply chain management,the results of improving logistics management capability of M company are effective and feasible,which have important practical guiding value for the company to enhance logistics management and customer service capability,and have theoretical significance and reference significance for logistics management of related manufacturing enterprises.
