With the increasingly fierce competition in Chinese automotive industry and the growing uncertainty in the market, automobile manufacturers have adopted various means to reduce costs, improve service levels to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Acting as "the third profit source", logistics gets the attention of many enterprises. Automotive parts supply is the source of logistics, How the supply logistics operates will have a direct impact on how much the business costs and whether the material flows smoothly. Therefore, studying how to improve the level of the automotive supply logistics operation is of great significance in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.This Paper research the automotive supply logistics from the perspective of supply chain management, based on the analysis tool of supply chain management-SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference model), summarized the characteristics of the automotive industry, designed logistics management tools from the two aspects of automotive supply-process management and performance assessment. From the aspect of process management, researched and analyzed the characteristics of supply logistics in international advanced automobile manufacturing enterprise, summarized the best practice in the automotive supply logistics. From the standard process provided by the SCOR, build definition layer, collocate layer and process elements layer of the automotive supply logistics process reference model configuration; From the aspect of performance evaluation, studied the new car manufacturer's requirements in new car market environment, and according to which, established performance index model of Automotive supply logistics. The model is based on the assessment index system of SOCR model, combined with the characteristics of the automotive supply logistics, selected the available evaluation in automotive supply logistics, and on this basis, introduced the evaluation index of the supply chain collaboration levels, finally, established index systems from three aspects:the core operational capabilities, supply chain collaboration level and financial. This paper made the key assessment indicators scalar in the model to ensure the performance evaluation objectivity and accuracy.In order to get the final competitive assessment of automotive supply logistics, this paper builds a mathematical model to solve the model performance evaluation indicators, the main contents are as followers:because of the difference between direction, dimension, magnitude, designs the same non-dimensional index algorithm; because of the difference index impact on the automotive supply logistics advancing the weights of each index, determines the different algorithms; because of practical applications, suggesting that the first and second layers use additive weighted algorithm for comprehensive assessment, the third layer use the multiplication weighted algorithm for comprehensive assessment.
