The possibility becomes more and more smallto decrease product's cost in production fields, so many enterprises startto seek cost advantage in logistics fields with the whole production processModern logistics management has been the key factors that the enterprises more attention to.Logistics management have become an important part in the modern business management field. It has been passed practice and develop for over 50's year, in the richer western country. Logistics management's important have been fully proved and logistics management theory system has been gradually formed perfect system. The logistics management trades have been known as a 'the third profit source.The logistics management of mobile factory trades, the supplying chain and it's management have been divided some processes; the management for the choose and purchase of spare parts, the management for the process of the spare pares into the factory, the logistics management for the working foom, the logistics management for the new mobile have been made and sold. And based it formed the supply chain management of mobile produce.This paper focuses on studying the logistics style of China FAW Group Corporation. Through the analysis of the logistics management which includes physical apply logistics, production logistics and physical distribution logistics, this paper put forward the existing problem on logistics management style in FAW. According to the international modern style logistics and the Reengineering Theory, the thesis analyzed and discussed the reengineering methods on physical apply, production process and physical distribution about FAW. Furthermore, it put forward suggestions about next station.In the last chapter we have a conclusion of this paper and the expectation of the logistics of FAW. We want to meet the target of cutting down the cost and raising the efficiency of FAW through carrying out these suggestions.
