With the "Internet +" era,car networking industry as a branch of the rapid rise of the Internet..Its development has brought about a sudden rise in this industry.At the same time,as the Chinese characteristics of modern Internet enterprise,how to manage also has become a new topic in the academic field and the modern enterprise managers are keen to study.The post of vehicle sales enterprises actually achieve their profits is the sales,and the sales staff is the largest proportion of the employees in the industry.Therefore,the reasonable performance management for the grass roots salesmen in the vehicle networking enterprises is of great importance for improving the business revenue and the profit margins of enterprises.The car networking industry is still a new industry,and the research on human resource management of its enterprises is very few,and the research on the performance management of its grass-roots sales personnel is fewer.This paper focuses on the performance management of grass roots salesmen in the Internet of vehicles industry.It hopes to provide a reference example for future sales managers management similar to HT company.In order to achieve the purpose of the research,this paper mainly uses literature research,questionnaire survey and case interview and other methods.Through the empirical analysis of the questionnaire,we find the various phenomena and problems in the performance appraisal of the HT salesmen at the present stage,and carry out related research and analysis to find out the causes and possible solutions.It has certain theoretical guiding significance for the performance management optimization of HT Company's grass-roots salesmen,and it also hopes to provide reference for similar enterprises in the vehicle networking industry.Because of the limitations of the objective conditions in the study,further exploration and improvement are needed in the future.
