LB is a Beijing subsidiary of a well-known brand in the domestic commercial real estate industry.The company has more than 4,000 employees,including more than 1,000 engineering technology and management personnel.In recent years,the company has vigorously developed government cooperation projects,and the share of property holdings has continued to increase.After the new medium-and long-term development strategic plan was officially issued,how to achieve and land strategic goals has become the top management of the company to consider the first issue.In the past,the company also established a basic performance management system,but the performance is weak,and the overall goal of the company is often not achieved.This paper takes the performance management work of LB as the research object,analyzes the existing problems in performance management through the current situation of performance management of the company,and needs a set of tools and management systems to support the landing of strategic goals.Among them,performance management is an important means of landing strategic goals.By improving the performance management system,it can change the traditional performance style of LB companies,break down the strategic goals of LB companies into organizational and individual landing performance indicators and action plans,and carry out daily tracking,feedback,supervision and improvement.Through the closed-loop of the whole performance management,the strategic goals are landed and the organizational effectiveness and personal ability are improved.The performance management system based on goals and plans is gradually constructed,which is conducive to the company's management promotion and strategic goals to provide strong support.On the one hand,the company has established a scientific performance management system suitable for its own management status,and fundamentally established the improvement path of employee performance;On the other hand,it also provides valuable suggestions for companies to establish fair and efficient distribution and incentive mechanisms(job value assessment,broadband remuneration),which have played an important role in guiding employees to continuously improve their own capabilities and enterprises to enhance their overall competitiveness.This has important significance for the operation and development of LB company.
