With the rapid development of China's social economy,enterprises are facing the severe test of survival and development in the economic,competitive and normative market.More and more enterprises are no longer satisfied with the external development of drifting with the tide.Especially under the influence of economic globalization,a large number of foreign advanced management theories and practical experience have entered China,bringing management methods different from those in China and providing new ways and tools for enterprises to improve their management level.On this basis,many enterprises continue to seek scientific and effective management means and methods suitable for themselves.Among them,human resource management has come into the sight of managers and gradually become the key to the development of enterprises.In particular,the core performance management of human resource management,by virtue of its outstanding characteristics has been favored by many enterprise managers,gradually evolved into the core function of enterprise human resource management,and become an important weapon for the healthy development of enterprises.With the development of power enterprises as the background and Z power construction company as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of performance management of Z company,finds out the problems existing in the company's performance management with the help of questionnaire survey and interview method,and then proposes management countermeasures to improve the company's performance management system.According to the theory and literature review,research design,analysis of the status quo,problems found,problems raised,problems to solve the train of thought,combined with the practice of corporate performance management to discuss.Chapter I introduction.This paper introduces the research background,significance,method,frame,innovation,etc.The second chapter is basic theory and literature review.This chapter focuses on the performance of related theory development,the author through the retrospect and review of related literature,the paper expounds the definition and characteristics of performance and performance management,on the basis of introducing the formation and development of performance management,and through the relevant research literature on performance management at home and abroad,in order to optimize the Z the performance management system to lay the theoretical foundation of the company.The third chapter is the current situation investigation and research design of Z company's performance management.The current situation of performance management of Z company was investigated and designed.The author used literature,case analysis,questionnaire,interview and other research methods to obtain the real information and relevant data of performance management problems of Z company,and determined the research objectives and research procedures.The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of performance management of Z company.The investigation data obtained from the empirical study were sorted out and analyzed according to the performance management process,and the problems in the performance management of Z company were found.After the problems are integrated and sorted out,the essential causes of the problems are analyzed to establish the basic ideas and directions for solving the problems of performance management.The fifth chapter Z power construction company performance management system optimization countermeasures and Suggestions.This chapter based on the practical performance management of Z company,prison break thought,sets up the performance management,from managers to employees to build up the idea of performance management,to build a performance management system in conformity with the enterprise own development as the main body,strengthen employee recognition of performance management,finally realizes the organic combination of performance management and other personnel management functions to maximize the effect of performance management,to ensure that the human resource management has become an important support company's sustainable development.Chapter 6 conclusion.This part summarizes the research of this paper,summarizes the innovation of this paper,at the same time,the shortcomings of this research and the future prospects of the statement.Based on Z electric power construction company performance management problem as a starting point,according to the theory of performance management at home and abroad and research literature as the theoretical foundation,study of Z company performance management system,by analyzing the problems existing in the Z company performance management,and then discusses the effective solutions to solve the problem,better construction,optimization of Z company performance management system,the sustainable development of Z company provide powerful support of human resource management.The research results can not only provide theoretical support and reference for practical problems of human resource management in Z company,but also have important significance for the theory and practice of human resource management in state-owned power construction enterprises.
