| At present,"targeted poverty alleviation,targeted poverty alleviation" is the core task of the national government,and also the main research content of many experts and scholars."New-type urbanization" is a major livelihood project promoted by the state since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of china and an important driving force for china’s economic and social development under the "new normal".As one of the 14 contiguous poverty-stricken areas in china,wuling mountain area is a key poverty alleviation target of the state.In this paper,two seemingly unrelated major measures,namely "targeted poverty alleviation,targeted poverty alleviation" and "new urbanization",are connected to discuss in wuling mountain area,a contiguous poverty-stricken area,which has certain guidance and application.Domestic and foreign literatures on the relationship between urbanization and poverty,the impact of urbanization on poverty and the reduction of poverty by urbanization are rare,mainly reflected in the backward correlation effect of urbanization.The migration effect of urbanization;The wage growth effect of urbanization;The spillover effect or externality of urbanization are four paths.However,researches on the spatial heterogeneity of the impact of urbanization on poverty have not been paid enough attention,and few articles have analyzed and discussed it.Therefore,the spatial analysis of SDE and GWR method is applied in this article,from the Angle of combining the global space and local space,for poverty reduction effect of spatial heterogeneity in wuling mountain area urbanization,estimates and reveal its space-time evolution characteristics and trends,and then use the geographical detector,combining ArcGIS software on wuling mountain area in 2015,the influence factors of poverty reduction effect of urbanization space differentiation and mechanism of quantitative analysis,finally to promote the new urbanization process and the implementation of the "precision,precision of poverty" for poverty alleviation policy to provide countermeasures and Suggestions,We will make better use of the synergistic effects of the two strategies of new-type urbanization and poverty alleviation and development in contiguous poverty-stricken areas.The results showed that:(1)the spatial distribution of urbanization in the wuling mountain area and farmers’ income distribution are in the northwest-southeast direction,distribution relative to the population distribution of urbanization agglomeration degree is higher,but have declined in recent years,the farmers’ income distribution and population distribution has the trend of convergence,the farmers’ income relative to the spatial differentiation coefficient of urbanization gradually expanded,the urbanization of poverty reduction effect of differentiation is obvious.(2)the impact of urbanization rate on farmers’ income changes from insignificant to significant,from negative topositive,and the difference in the degree of impact expands.The eastern region is generally stronger than the western region.(3)the effect of the added value of the secondary industry on farmers’ income is gradually converging,and the positive impact is strengthened.the heterogeneity of the impact of the added value of the tertiary industry on farmers’ income is greater than that of the secondary industry,and the improvement effect is gradually weakened.the southwest is generally stronger than the northeast.(4)on the district 71 counties and urban areas urbanization poverty reduction effect forms the spatial differentiation of the core impact factors for population density,transportation level,per capita GDP,fixed asset investment.(5)each driving factor and different levels of the same influencing factor have different effects on the differentiation of poverty reduction effect of urbanization in wuling mountain area,and the difference is the most significant at the fourth level.(6)the spatial difference in the urbanization and poverty reduction effect of the region is the result of the joint action of economic structure,social factors and natural factors,and the influence of factors is significantly enhanced after the interaction between various types of factors.Therefore,suggestions are put forward to promote the comprehensive development of urbanization,guide the population to gather in cities and towns,vigorously promote the development of the secondary industry in cities and towns,pay attention to the inclusion of the tertiary industry and adopt measures according to local conditions,so as to promote the urbanization and alleviate poverty. |
