Research On The Poverty Rreduction Effect Of Inclusive Financial Development In Wuling Mountain Area Of Hunan Province

Rural areas in China still have a large number of rural population,especially the back-ward rural areas in the west.In order to complete the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020 and achieve the goal of a hundred years of national development,the CPC central committee and the state council have attached great importance to the role of inclusive finance in the task of poverty reduction.In2013,the third plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee adopted the resolution of "inclusive finance" for the first time.On November 3,2015,the CPC central committee and the state council drafted "the central committee of the communist party of China to develop the 13 th five-year plan for national economic and social development's advice," clearly put forward,inclusive financial development,focus on strengthening of micro,small and medium enterprises,especially the rural poor areas of financial services.In 2015,the state council's report on the work of the government proposed that we should vigorously develop inclusive finance to enable all market players to share the rain and rain of financial services.In 2016,issued by the state council on promoting inclusive financial development plan(2016-2020),"pointed out:"actively promote financial product and service innovation in poverty-stricken areas,efforts to meet the demand of object for poverty alleviation development production of money ".First of all,this study analyzes and discusses the mechanism of the development of inclusive finance on poverty alleviation on the basis of a comprehensive and systematic review of literature on inclusive financial development and poverty alleviation.Secondly,from the perspective of reality,we elaborated on the status quo of development and poverty of inclusive finance in Wulingshan Area of Hunan Province.Based on the research on the mechanism of poverty reduction effect of the development of inclusive finance and the analysis of poverty status,this paper uses 37 counties in this area from 2006 to 2015.The panel data of(city,district)are samples,and empirical analysis is made on the relationship between the level of inclusive financial development in 37 counties(cities,districts)and poverty alleviation.Finally,based on the results of empirical research,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed on the poverty reduction effect of inclusive financial development in the area.This research found that the number of financial institutions,the number of people in financial institutions,and the savings deposits per capita of the 10,000 people in general showed a high spatial pattern in the western high and low in the east.The regional differences are obvious;the amount of loan per capita institution is generally high in the north and low in the middle.The spatial pattern and regional differences are obvious;the number of financial institutions in ten thousand people is still at a low levelof development,showing a clear spatial difference;The institutional loan volume/GDP shows a spatial pattern in the northern>southern>central region,and the regional differences are obvious;The financial development level presents a spatial pattern in the northern>southern>central region,with significant regional differences.The development of inclusive finance in Wuling Mountain Area of Hunan Province has a significant positive effect on poverty alleviation.From the regional level,the development of inclusive finance in counties(cities,districts)under the jurisdiction of Wuling Mountain Area in Hunan Province has a significant impact on poverty alleviation.The development effects of inclusive financial development on poverty alleviation are different.
