With the continuous development of economic globalization and knowledge economy, the enterprise is facing increasingly fierce competition, which is involved as the important subject of market economy. At the same time, the core role of science technology and human has become glaring in the market competition. It can be predicted that in the future competition, only those who have the high quality human resource and the ability to develop the potential of human resources efficiently, can achieve the final victory in the competition.Training is an effective way for enterprises to obtain the high quality human resources and efficient human resources development. Compared with the large international enterprises, Chinese enterprises' investment in the training work is insufficient and provides poorer efficiency and quality. As a result, it can't provide sufficient talent guarantee for the development of enterprise. The R company studied in this paper is a company having operated for over ten years in property development. But the human resource management of R company, especially the training system, is still unsystematic and filled with management confusion. There are some problems such as: training objective is not clear, the training system is not perfect, the job training needs analysis in lack and the incentive mechanism is not efficient. The need for the reconstruction of the company training system is imminent. Considering the actual situation of R company, this thesis firstly reconstructs the process of training system; secondly, carries out detailed research, including the training needs analysis, training plan, training implementation, training transformation. At the same time, this thesis studies the establishment of R company's training work of the support system. Through this study, I hope to draw on the adjustment and optimization of R company training system, which aims to help enterprises to improve training quality and efficiency.
