Research On The Influence Of Integrators' Behavior On Logistics Service Supply Chain Performance

Logistics industry,as the support industry of national economy,is closely related to information technology,economy and finance,showing the characteristics of flexibility,integration and diversification.In the context of big data informatization,the integrated development of logistics and supply chain has attracted extensive attention,and the integration and management of modern logistics resources is the top priority of future work.With the time changes,logistics service begins to show the characteristics of supply chain,the integrator is located in the core position of supply chain,on the basis of meet the demand of customer diversified,leading the whole logistics service supply chain operation,contact functional logistics service providers and logistics service demand,as a communication and mediation role between the two.However,in actual business operation,due to information asymmetry and power inequality,the integrated chamber of commerce is inclined to choose behaviors due to limited rationality,which affects the development of the whole logistics service supply chain.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence path of integrators' behaviors on the overall performance to help integrators improve their behaviors and develop a solid and stable relationship in the logistics service supply chain.This paper takes the logistics service supply chain as the research object,and discusses the relationship between the behavior of logistics service integrators(divided into opportunism behavior and information sharing behavior)and the performance of logistics service supply chain.According to the relevant theoretical basis and research literature,this paper constructs the integrator of opportunistic behavior,information sharing behavior of logistics service supply chain performance impact hypothesis model of path,the logistics service supply chain agility,integration ability as intermediate variable,with functional logistics service provider's questionnaire as research object,using structural equation model for empirical research.The empirical results show that :(1)The opportunistic behavior of integrators has a negative impact on their information-sharing behavior,the agility of supply chain and the integration ability of supply chain.(2)The information sharing behavior of integrators has a positive impact on the integration ability of supply chain,but has no significant impact on the agility of supply chain.(3)The agility of supply chain and the integration ability of supply chain have a positive impact on the performance of the whole logistics service supply chain.(4)The information sharing behavior of integrators will play a part of mediating role in the relationship between their opportunism behavior and the integration ability of logistics service supply chain;The agility of logistics service supply chain will play a part of mediating role between the integration ability of logistics service supply chain and the overall performance.In summary,the path of analyzing the impact of integrator behavior on logistics service supply chain performance provides practical suggestions for logistics service integrators to improve their own behavior,improve integration quality and supply chain service agility,and improve supply chain performance.
